What Recall Lookup USA is
Recall Lookup USA is an independent reference site that organizes public U.S. recall information into consistent pages for faster checking. The site is not operated by the FDA, NHTSA, a manufacturer, retailer or recalling company.
What we publish
The database currently covers vehicle recalls from NHTSA and food, drug and medical device enforcement reports from the FDA. The emphasis is on structured source data: official identifiers, product descriptions, reasons, classifications, dates, companies, consequences and remedies where the source provides them.
What we deliberately avoid
We do not manufacture missing facts, use AI to invent recall details, or create thousands of empty combinations. When an official record contains very little detail, the site avoids expanding it with invented or generic material.
